Step 1: Prep Ingredients
Start by chopping your kimchi into small chunks and the scallion greens into fine pieces.

Step 2: Combine Kimchi & Rice
In a wok over medium heat, add oil and throw in the chopped kimchi. Cook for a minute, until caramelized. Next, toss in the cooked rice and stir it around.

Step 3: Juice & Gochujang
Now pour the kimchi juice into the wok, while continuing to stir. Add the gochujang as well and combine.

Step 4: Sesame Oil
Take the kimchi fried rice out of the wok and into a bowl. Drizzle sesame oil all over the rice and stir.

Step 5: Finish Off
Add the fried egg, nori and scallions to the top of the rice. Serve while hot!
